Research Areas
My research interests focus on the 18th to 20th centuries in Britain, Europe and the US. I am interested in cultural, social, and gender history. My research interests include: an exploration of women's lives through the manuscript recipe books they kept, the history of clothing and textiles, and foodways in Southern California.
